Leah,
I love your BLOGS! While most gins aren't worthy of an entire blog I think Hendrick's might be one of the few that is worthy. Handcrafted in Scotland and infused with cucumber and rose petals.... the Hendrick's motto is "no other gin tastes like it because no other gin is made like it." I suitable found this "red snapper" recipe on the Hendricks site awhile back and thought it all too appropriate to share here: While I've never tried this one... I guess there is a red snapper recipe for everyone?
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin
3 oz Tomato juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
2 Dashes each Tabasco® & Worcestershire Sauce
1 Dash rice wine vinegar
1 Pinch of:
sea salt, ground black pepper, celery salt & celery seed
Garnish with ruby Port, a sprig of basil & cucumber spear.
Preparation
Assemble ingredients in a glass with ice and stir.
Strain in to an iced long glass and float
with a thin layer of port. Garnish with a
cucumber spear and a sprig of basil.

Please let me know if there is anything your brother needs.
