Loved to read your blog. I would like to suggest you that traffic show most people read blogs on Mondays. So it should encourage bloggers to write new write ups over the weekend primarily.

Aw, thanks Mrs. Chum! I know you're a foodie too, so I hope you'll chime in again sometime soon. I started reading the Pollan book last spring and got side-tracked with too much volunteering at school — I'll pick it up again though. Great to hear from you — would you believe Addie started 4th grade today?!? How did six years go by so fast?!

Just found this! So wonderful Leah. A refreshing approach to better eating at home. Just finished reading In Defense of Food, by Michael Pollan and really realized how much cooking has changed since I was raising a family.
