Okay, some quick questions—I do not like mushrooms-should I just leave them out or is there a good substitution? I won't use oyster sauce because my mother is allergic to all fish/seafood-can I just use an extra T of soy sauce? And lastly, I don't have sherry-do I need it or can I substitute something else? I know, picky eaters…but I do love lettuce wraps!! Thanks!

why does it say to pour the sauce over the turkey?i think it meant chicken.
