		<description>Growing up in my (mostly) Italian household, pasta sauce in a jar was sacrilege. However, I don&#039;t feel too bad about using the Alessi sauces as the ingredient list is shorter than my Grandfather&#039;s recipe, with sea salt being the only preservative. It&#039;s also an Italian import and you can tell they start with a much better tomato than your typical Ragu.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great recipe!</description>
