I'm assuming you meant to write 1/2 tsp. tarragon, right? And when does the half and half get added? I don't want the soup to curdle! Thanks.

I made this tonight and was told by the husband that it should most definitely go in the meal rotation! It was so simple and delicious. What a great way to get kids to eat broccoli! Thanks Leah!

The recipe sounds delicious….but I would rather “not PEEK”. PEAKing is coming to the top of something, while PEEKing is looking…..I know, I'm being a pain, but as a former teacher, it really bothers me. You have to actually proof-read, not just use spell check.
